Costa Rica Adventure 2011 Details

Transportation

We’ll travel by private van or SUV throughout the country. The van will meet us at the airport and drive us to each destination in Costa Rica.

 

Food

Some meals will be served in restaurants while other meals will be prepared by local chefs with the freshest ingredients. We will serve traditional Costa Rican dishes when available but favorite American dishes will be available at times as well. In other words, we’ll have pizza, and burgers from time to time but we will try the tasty bean, rice, fish, chicken, and banana dishes common to the country. No one will go hungry!

 

Lodging

We’ll use a variety of lodging styles. Most commonly, we’ll stay in bunkhouses and Costa Rican hotels. There will be a few nights of camping and we’ll provide all of the gear.

 

Supervision

We are taking a very small group this year and there will be at least 1 adult for every 3 campers.

 

Airfare

Airfare is NOT included in the price. We suggest that you either (a) join us in Atlanta and fly with one of our counselors to San Jose or (b) fly independently to San Jose and we’ll be there to meet you at the airport. We’ll send details upon registration.

 

Costs

$1595 covers EVERYTHING except airfare. There are no hidden costs.

 

Registration

Upon completion of the registration form, we’ll send you details about the trip including all paperwork, a suggested packing list, and exact information about Day 1.
