Day One

Teen Adventure Travelers Arrive in San Jose, Costa Rica International Airport and receive a warm welcome from the camp staff. Teen campers will be whisked away to a nearby hill top region of Alajuela where the teens will greet fellow campers, participate in team building activities, visit the local wildlife preserve, and swim in the pool. After dinner, the teen adventure travelers will meet in small groups to receive a detailed itinerary, ask questions, and review adventure camp expectations and activities.

Day Two

Travel to Quepos, Costa Rica. We will tour Manuel Antonio National Park where the adventure camp participants will get up-close and personal with sloths, monkeys, frogs, and more. Hit the pacific coast beach for boogie boarding and possible surfing.

Day Three

Travel south, take the water taxi to Zancudo, a pristine beach near the Osa peninsula, to enjoy some new adventures. Look for wildlife on the boat taxi. Bike the deserted beaches until you are ready to hit the surf! You've never biked like this before. You may be able to bike all the way to Pavones, a famous surfing town near the Panama border. Catch a glimpse of the oxen headed home after a day of work in the field.

Day Four

Let the locals teach the ‘gringos’ some basic Spanish before surfing the waves and visiting the wildlife preserve or the Osa Peninsula. Hold on to your hat at the wildlife preserve and bring your camera. The monkeys love to pose for photos with our Costa Rica Teen Tour Camp. If the weather is cooperative, we’ll take a detour for a snorkeling experience.

Day Five

Hit the beaches, catch the surf, learn to surf from the experts, and taste the local seafood dishes. Kayaking and boogie boarding in the Pacific are other great possibilities here. The Ticos are eager to share the hidden discoveries with us!

Day Six

Travel to Jaco and experience another Costa Rica Adventure – a thrilling zipline canopy tour. Experience 13 thrilling runs! Notice the coastline view, listen to the howlers, and expect the unexpected!

Day Seven

Travel to the white water rafting area where we’ll leave the van and raft on an exhilerating, unbelievable river. End the evening with a great meal, nature hikes, and team building fun!

Day Eight

Say our good-byes as we depart for home. Those with late flights can relax by the pool a bit longer. Hasta Luega until next year!
